The Darwin Convention Centre is located on Stokes Hill Road, Darwin Waterfront within easy walking distance of city accommodation and easily accessed by road from Stuart Highway or Tiger Brennan Drive and has plenty of on-site parking.
Parking arrangements in the Waterfront have changed with some new areas opened – please check the following link for options and prices: Darwin Waterfront Precinct Parking
This year’s show has some great new options to assist with access to the Show and parking. Please do not park over foot paths, or stop on the side of the road to drop off – this inhibits foot and vehicle traffic and can spoil other peoples visit. There is a special drop off point provided for right at the front door.
Walk the Skywalk! – To save getting caught up in traffic around the busy Waterfront we encourage you to park in one of the many parking areas throughout the City and then take the spectacular skywalk down to the Waterfront. It is quick and convenient, and a true experience to enjoy.
Kitchener Drive Carpark – next to the Vibe on the Waterfront.
Turn right at the roundabout – it’s just a short walk back to the Convention Centre.
Underground Parking & Ticketing at the Darwin Convention Centre – (keep your car cool for a $5.00 flat fee) – turn left at the round-a-bout.
Drop & Drive – turn left at the round-a-bout and look for the directional signs to the Drop & Drive point.
Get yourself and friends and family dropped off at the ‘Drop & Drive’ at the front of the Darwin Convention Centre and organize to be picked up again later – this way you don’t need to worry about parking.
Take the Bus – Buses now drop off and pick-up regularly right at the front of the Darwin Convention Centre. The bus route number is 14 and 14A. View the Darwin Bus schedule to download maps and time tables.
Additional free car parking is available in Supreme Court carpark during Show hours. Click here to see the location and directions on how to get between the Supreme Court carpark and the Convention Centre.
The airport is approximately 20 minutes by taxi from the Centre. With October being a busy month in Darwin, flights are filling fast so we recommend that you book immediately to ensure that you don’t miss out
